Great location near restaurants and shops, plus accessible to public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and an amazing view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay a memorable one.
The breakfast could have been better, with limited options and not much variety. , the noise level at night from the nearby establishments was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Staying in a hotel that's just a stone's throw away from the popular Christmas park, in the heart of the town, can be the highlight of the whole trip. Having the convenience to explore the vibrant Christmas market and all the attractions nearby is a perfect way to spend the holiday season. With well-maintained rooms and comfy bathrooms, it's easy to feel relaxed while gazing out at the lovely town view. the service has received praise from previous guests, mainly due to the hospitable staff and their helpful nature.

The reception staff were excellent, particularly Thanasis and Nikoletta. They were knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel's central location and private parking were convenient, and the rooms offered a nice view of the town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were really good - friendly and always helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation, making it easy for us to explore. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the parking facilities were great, especially for the city centre location.

Great location in the city center, close to restaurants and shops. the room had a nice balcony with a view over the city and the bed was really comfortable. the staff was friendly and offered us a welcome drink upon arrival.
The room was quite small and outdated, with old furniture and a tiny bathroom. the breakfast was disappointing, with a limited choice of low-quality options.
